Instructors
- Jeff
Walker holds the rank of Rokodan (6th Degree Black Belt)
and is certified as a Shidoshi (instructor) in the Bujinkan
system. He has trained with Ed Martin and other senior instructors since the 1990s. Jeff is retired from the military after twenty-three years, serving in special operations
units involved in counterinsurgency, counterterrorism, and
counterintelligence operations and protective services.
- Robert
Lamkin (Yondan, 4th Degree Black Belt) was born in Madrid,
Spain and raised in Little Rock. His hobbies are constant
training/learning with others, social organization affiliations,
weight workouts, motorcycling, drawing, reading, traveling.
He has been training in the Bujinkan since 2000, and made
his first trip to Japan in March 2006. He has also trained
in Taekwondo, Brazilian Jujutsu, and Kali/Escrima.
- Jeff
Schafer (Yondon, 4th Degree Black Belt) began training
in the Bujinkan in 1999. After training at a local park, Jeff
began train with the Arkansas Bujinkan Dojo in 2000. Jeff
also trained in Tang Soo Do in the 1980's and has trained
in Brazilian Jujutsu since 2002. Other hobbies include rock
climbing, mountaineering, and caving, marathon canoe racing,
hiking, and shooting.
